What do we keep?

• Contact information (name, company name, address, city): Your contact information is stored for billing purposes and to contact you.
• Customer Number and Login: In order to offer you services, a customer account must be created.
  Your customer account is a unique ID and is assigned to your registered email address.
  All your activities, such as services, billing and ticket/email history, are recorded under your customer number so that we can serve you faster and review past communications.
• Email address: We store your email address to send service-relevant notifications, invoices and important service updates.
• Phone Number: Your phone number is stored so we can contact you in case of emergency, send you text messages for monitored service or provide you with Two Factor (2FA) authentication.
• IPv4 / v6 address: Your IP address, along with a timestamp, is stored with every activity in our client area or other control panel.
  This is for security reasons so that we have a record of which IP address was logged into your account or through which IP address changes were made.
  We will also use this to protect your account from unauthorized access from remote locations.
• Payment Information: Your payment information, such as your bank account, PayPal account and credit card, is stored to process payments.
  Credit card information is partially stored on Enterweb (last 4 digits of your card + account holder).
  All other credit card information (full card number and CVC) is stored securely on our credit card payment gateway after a successful payment and is not visible to us.
  We use a unique ID to link the stored credit card information to your customer account.
  We also engage other parties such as credit card gateways, Bitcoin/altcoin gateways or PayPal to process your payments.
